Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Typically 7-12 business days in the US. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all US orders over $50.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email hello@tailwaggery.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US only for now.

Pricing & Sourcing

Where do your products come from?
Most of our gear is manufactured overseas and ships from there to you. We're not a factory and we don't pretend to be one. What we do is choose: we decide what earns a spot on this site and, more importantly, what doesn't. There's more on how we think about that on our About page.

Why does shipping take 7-12 days?
Because of the above. Gear travels a long way to reach you. We'd rather publish the real number on every page than quote you three days and apologize on day nine.

Why don't you run sales or show discounted prices?
Because the crossed-out price on most sites was never real. We don't invent an inflated "original" price to make ours look generous, and we don't run countdown timers or "17 people are viewing this" badges. Our prices end in whole dollars and the number you see is the number you pay. The one exception is WELCOME10, which is a genuine 10% off your first order.

Could I find some of these products cheaper somewhere else?
On some items, probably, if you're willing to sift. Marketplace listings are cheaper because nobody has chosen anything for you, the description is machine-translated, the sizing is a guess, and there's no one to email when it turns up wrong. What you're paying us for is the sifting, honest measurements, and a 30-day return with a real person on the other end. If that isn't worth it to you on a given product, we'd rather you skip it than feel oversold.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, items unused and in original condition. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to ship anything back.

Products

How do I pick the right size?
Every sized product has measurements in its description, and our Size Guide walks you through measuring your dog properly. When in doubt between two sizes, go up.

Are your products safe for aggressive chewers?
Our toys hold up to normal, enthusiastic play. For true power-chewers, we recommend supervised play with any toy, and we say so on the product page where it matters.

How do I care for beds and fabric items?
Most of our beds have removable, machine-washable covers. Care details are on each product page.
