Shipping
We ship everywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and orders over $50 ship free.
Delivery time is typically 7-12 business days. Most of our gear is manufactured overseas and ships from there, which is the honest reason for that window. We would rather publish the real number than quote you three days and apologize on day nine. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days of purchase.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at hello@tailwaggery.com and we'll make it right: replacement or refund, your pick.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition (dogs are enthusiastic; we understand a little fur, but a destroyed chew toy is a review, not a return).
To start a return, email hello@tailwaggery.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll send instructions and a return address. Once we confirm the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If we sent the wrong item, or something arrived damaged or defective, that's on us: we'll replace it or refund you in full, no return shipping required. Photos help us fix it fastest.
Sizing exchanges
Wrong size? It happens, especially with harnesses and coats. Email us and we'll get the right size moving. Check the Size Guide before ordering to give it the best odds.
