Orders: we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Product use: our products are intended for pets under normal use. Supervise your pet with any new toy or accessory, and discontinue use of any damaged item. Sizing guidance is provided in good faith; correct fit is the owner's responsibility.

Intellectual property: the Tail Waggery name, wordmark, site design, and product descriptions are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Tail Waggery's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tail Waggery is registered.
