What do I get for $9?+
One finished digital portrait without a watermark, with color and black-and-white downloads for photographic scenes. The image you approve is the image you receive. No subscription and no print purchase required.
Can I order a print or a gift?+
Prints and gifts are coming soon: matte art prints, framed prints, canvas, and mugs. Every physical item will include its digital portrait. You can explore the collection and pricing now; ordering is not open yet. For delivery planning, allow about 1–2 weeks, with an address-specific estimate before purchase.
What if it doesn't quite look like my pet?+
Your first preview includes one free retry before purchase. Tell us which part feels off—face, body shape, markings, or pose—and add a better reference photo if needed. Compare both previews, then buy the result you want to keep. The retry is no longer available after purchase.
Which photos work best?+
Clear photos at eye level with good light are best. Each scene explains the views it needs. Body portraits need a photo showing their build; side-profile portraits need a side-view photo.
Can I use an older photo of a pet I miss?+
Yes. The Always Together collection welcomes older snapshots, and most scenes need just one clear face photo for each participant. Separate photos are fine. Choose the clearest originals you have; unseen details may be interpreted. You can review a free preview before buying.
Can I include more than one pet?+
Yes. Sunday Together supports two or three pets, and our Always Together collection includes portraits with one or two people. Every scene shows exactly who it can include. Dogs and cats are both welcome.
Are my photos public?+
Your uploaded references and generated portraits are private to your account. They aren't automatically added to our gallery. You can remove saved family profiles and their reference photos.
